Digital Health Passport

With the lockdown exit, all public places must allow the safe reception of a large part of the population. To do this, it will be essential to detect symptomatic individuals, while respecting their rights and dignity, in order to protect them, but also protect others. We propose a Digital Health Passport (DHP), a mobile application, which is part of this process. The citizen will therefore have at hand a sesame which will allow him to integrate the public places of his choice. This DHP will contain information about his state of health, only that related to the Covid 19, namely the results ...

Organizing detection of Covid-19 through mobile app and web portal

In order to prevent new waves of Covid-19 epidemic infections, detection of the virus among the population appears as a strong tool. This would allow to identify active cases (with or without symptoms) that would stay isolated, not-yet infected people that could still be infected, and recovered patients that would be protected against a new infection. This clustering of population by detection, which is essential in an exit strategy, has to be supported by efficient logistic structures and information to population. We propose the creation of a web portal coupled to a public application tha...

Innovative end-to-end solution for respiratory diseases detection and genotyping

Our innovative end-to-end solution for respiratory diseases detection and genotyping is composed of 3 main compoenets as follows: First, we want, through a multiplex qPCR assay, to target and differentiate in priority COVID-19, SARS, H5N1, H1N1 (devastating diseases) from seasonal flu (under control). Second, we propose to develop an NGS and SANGER assay for the following Intended uses: Respiratory diseases Genotyping, Screening, Monitoring, Quasispecies identification, Epidemiological studies. Third, we target to establish a large COVID-19 and SARS worldwide database , compare patient ...
